2. Nature of the Service
The service facilitates queue organization but does not control real-world access to venues or events.
A queue number obtained through the application:
- does not constitute a ticket
- does not guarantee entry
- does not guarantee purchase, priority, or access
All decisions regarding entry, admission, and service are made solely by venue operators, organizers, and staff.
3. Eligibility
Users must:
- be at least 16 years old
- comply with applicable laws and regulations
The service is not intended for children due to legal requirements related to data protection and consent.
4. Acceptable Use
Users agree to use the service only for its intended purpose and in good faith.
Users must provide accurate device and location context and must not attempt to misrepresent their eligibility for queue participation.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Users shall not:
- bypass or attempt to bypass location verification mechanisms
- create multiple identities, accounts, or device configurations to manipulate queue outcomes
- exploit technical vulnerabilities or unintended system behavior
- interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the service
6. Enforcement
We reserve the right to:
- suspend or terminate access
- invalidate queue positions
- restrict usage
where abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms is detected.
7. Service Availability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee:
- uninterrupted or continuous availability
- absence of errors or defects
- successful queue assignment at any given time

9. Advertising

10. Intellectual Property

11. Venue Data and Sources
The application may display venue-related information derived from:
- manually compiled data
- publicly available datasets such as Wikidata
- geographic data from OpenStreetMap
Such data is provided "as is" for informational purposes.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of venue information.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for:
- decisions made by venues or event organizers
- denied entry or access
- event cancellations or changes
- outcomes related to queue positions
Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for the service, or zero if the service is provided free of charge.
13. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the service operator from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.
14. Privacy
Use of the service is also governed by the Privacy Policy.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of France.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in France.
